Program Description:

Inclusive Senior Services is a day activity service which will integrate Regional Center consumers into the Ukiah Senior Center activities at Bartlett Hall. The program will provide Senior Support workers, on a staff-to-consumer ratio of 1:3, to help participants take part in existing Senior Center activities, and will provide additional programs to which all seniors will be invited.

The program will help participants to stay active, care for their own health, maintain and broaden their social lives, and develop and pursue new interests.

Individuals with developmental disabilities, who are seniors, may plan and participate in activities that vary each day.

Hours of operation will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Participants can choose to attend the program part-time or full-time.

Examples of Activities Include:
- Low-Impact Exercise
- Cooking
- Coffee Socials
- Lunch with other seniors
- Bingo
- Games
- Line Dancing
- Knitting and Crocheting
- Art
- Decorative Crafts
- Community Outings

Donations:
Your donations are greatly appreciated.
Funds are used to pay for much needed client services that our grants don't cover. In most cases, since much of our administration expenses are paid by other funding sources, your donation can be used almost entirely to pay for client services.

Checks can be made out to CCMC. If you wish, you can make a notation to indicate which program you would like your gift to go towards.

Contacts (For More Information):
Interested consumers should contact their Regional Center Care Manager for an introduction to the program.
